The USF2000 Presented by Cooper Tires championship traveled to the Sebring International Raceway this weekend for the third and fourth rounds of the 2023 season. Danny Dyszelski, the driver who has been busy in both the Blue Marble Radical Cup North America series and the USF2000 program this year, has been consistently producing impressive results in both series. The newcomer and race winner in the Radical Cup North American series returned for his second open-wheel event of 2023 and produced additional top-ten results.

Dyszelski explained, “All the track time this year has really been helpful. I’m able to get much more seat time than other drivers, and I think that will really pay off in the long run in both series.”

Danny managed to secure a tenth-place start in race one and held on to that position through to the checkered flag. However, race two wasn’t so lucky for Dyszelski. After starting from the 15th position and climbing his way into the top-ten, a battle for ninth saw him drop two wheels off the track, causing him to spin. Refiring quickly and continuing with his race, Dyszelski returned to the pits to assess the damage before completing his event weekend by reaching the checkered flag one lap down.

“Sebring is always a tough track,” added Dyszelski. “When dust gets kicked up there the visibility is basically zero, so you never really know if there is a car spun out ahead of you on track. The battles for track positions are also hard on this track. Unfortunately, I lost a top-ten position in race two because of this but I’ll continue to learn and improve. Looking forward to Indy!”

Danny’s next on-track appearance will be behind the wheel of an SR30 Radical chassis on the 17-turn road course of Barber Motorsports Park competing in the second round of the Blue Marble Radical Cup North American series alongside the well-known NTT INDYCAR SERIES in late April.
