Meet danny
Driven by Passion, Defined by Dedication
When people ask Danny Dyszelski how he became a racecar driver, the answer isn’t just about speed or talent—it’s about a single-minded devotion that’s shaped every chapter of his journey. Growing up in South Carolina, Danny’s earliest memories are filled with the sights and sounds of racetracks, riding shotgun in his dad’s Porsche and absorbing every moment. By the age of four, he was already competing in karting—never quite content with just “watching from the sidelines.”
School and racing rarely run in parallel, so Danny took the road less traveled: home-schooling, countless miles on the road, and every hour possible dedicated to mastering motorsport. Whether it’s waking up early to study before a day at the track or packing his bags for another race weekend, he’s always believed in earning his success through persistence and focus.
These days, Danny’s not just a familiar face in the paddock—he’s carving out his reputation across open-wheel, junior prototypes, and sports car series, with a driving style marked by adaptability and analytical thinking. His journey is shaped by the people who have believed in him: the guidance of mentors like Alex Ellis and Racim Fezoui, the support from VPX Motorsport, and the partnership with Vince Partap.
When the engines quiet down, Danny switches gears. Guitars offer him creative escape between race weekends, and if he’s not planning his next stint, you’ll catch him hanging out with his two French bulldogs—best friends and loyal companions on this unconventional path.
Every lap is a new opportunity, and for Danny, every race builds toward something larger: the dream of becoming a Porsche factory driver and taking on the legendary 24 Hours of Daytona. He’s driven by challenge, community, and the hope that new fans and old friends will join him for every step ahead.
